Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I cannot be at the dinner again. Rick's mother is having surgery today, and I'm getting ready to leave for an English teacher's conference out of state. Kaye, the wedding will be grand, I'm sure, especially because it's November 20th. Rick and I will celebrate our 23rd anniversary on the 20th. Mary will be home December 17th; I'm definitely planning to join you all in December.
