Event Description

To celebrate our wonderful recruits-turned sailors, the Ramada Inn hosts a Meet & Greet Event on the evening prior to their PIR. This Meet & Greet is for all the families and friends of the sailors in the SHIPS and DIV that will have their PIR on Friday, June 4th, 2010.

Please RSVP with the number attending so that I can give the Ramada Inn in Walkegan-Gurnee an estimated head count on Wednesday, June 2nd.

There will be finger foods and drinks, and the event is casual. You do NOT have to be staying at the Ramada Inn to attend; this is the Ramada's way of thanking our sailors for their service!

This will be a wonderful way for us to meet and to share in the excitement, and joy, of each others' sailors! I hope to see you all there!!!

MV-Boone... You rock!! Thanks so much for organizing this. We're arriving on Thursday evening but not sure what time. I will try my hardest to make it. Sounds fun. I would love to meet the parents/wifes/gf/bf/etc.

Not sure if we'll be there early enough, but we will try. If so, there will be 4 of us.
Thanks for setting this up!

Count me in with 4. We maybe late. Because coming from Myrtle Beach there is always a layover in Charlotte. Not sure how long though. I am looking forward to meeting everyone. Thank you MV Boone's mom for arranging. Who do we call for directions? We are staying at the Quality Inn.

Driving in from eastern Iowa; I can't say that I will make it at 6:00 but I will be there! Most likely there will be 3 of us. If that changes, I will let you know. I am so looking forward to this. MV-Boone's Mom - thanks so much for getting this going.
