Looking forward to meeting the other parents in our son's division. Ship 12 Division 263. There will be 3 of us traveling from Kansas. We miss our son a lot, a whole lot.

JUST A QUICK HEADS UP FOR ANYONE STAYING AT THE RAMADA: I just had to bring this up, for anyone in the future. We stayed at the Ramada Inn. It was awful. It smelly like a musty basement, the sheets smelled that way too. I had to buy $50 in supplies just to get the smell out of the room...and even that didn't work great. They couldn't switch my room, because they were booked. However, after going to 2 other rooms, it smelled there too. So I doubt changing rooms would have been helpful. The bathtub was stopped up, so the dirty shower water stayed at the bottom of the tub. The Navy grad gift was a water bottle, which my son liked at first. However, when he used it, he got water all over his dress whites. Nice.... Good thing it was only water. There were a few other minor details that were disappointing. Again, just wanted to give you future family members a heads up and the opportunity to try another hotel. Sorry to be a buzz kill, the graduation was wonderful, just never wanted to be in the hotel room.

lisad2862, Paul's mom. Ship 12, DIV 262) Finally, it can't get gere quick enough. There will be 3 of us attending. And I agree, I look at my calander constantly. I've had a count down written in since he left. Look foward to meeting all of you but mostly to hug my son.
