OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Follow this link for OPSEC Guidelines:

For any going to the game this evening; just look for three (3) height challenged moms that will probably be on their BEST behavior. One will be wearing a bright gold hoodie with "NAVY" across the front (my P'Cola visit gift) - me! I will also be wearing a blue camo hat with tacs. : )~kk

terbeasch ~ Sorry about the late return call last night! I was in class. If the "younguns" are not allowed to text - MamaBear kk is not allowed to answer her cell - LOL! Just an cell can only get voice mails and texts in the building where my office is located. If there are no problems - see you at the train!

mikesproudmom ~ I will call or text your cell when we board the train and give you an ETA. See you soon!
