OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Sorry I am in North Carolina and do not plan to be out in Washington in July when my daughter Graduates C School and then will bne off to Yokosuka Japan for up to two years. She has been at Whidbey island a week and two days and working on jets returning from Afganistan. She is the ONLY female in her Squadron! They have nicknamed her "Skirt". LOL She loves it at Whidbey and is so happy to be out of Pensacola! if anyone is near Whidbey that can meet my daughter and get her out off base email me here to my inbox. Thanks and bless you all!! i am in North Carolina (Actually am a washingtonian and grew up in Puyallup Washington) I have not been back there since 1988! Long Time I know!
