We are driving as well, and it's about a 7 hour drive for us.  There will be at least 3 of us maybe 4.  It depends on when we leave, what time everyone can get off of work.  Not sure if we will be there for all of it, but maybe for at least some of it.

I would love to meet all the families of  these amazing young people!

We will be driving up on the 13th from West Virginia and hope to make it there for the meet and greet.  If we make it in time it will be myself, my 11 years old son, my SR's adopted mom and 2 of her kids (maybe 1 of her kids).  It's a 10+ hour drive for us and that's if we don't stop for anything.  I know we will have to stop for gas, bathroom and food so I'm not sure if we will make it there by 6p.m.

Thant is great I can not wait to meet everyone.  The Ramada does this every PIR I really did not do anything special just started the event so we can have a head count for them.  NavyMom I also have a 7-8 hour drive.  We are plannning on leaveing early that morning so we can get checked in and rest before the meet and greet.

This is so wonderful and my husband and two college age daughters are flying in and arriving at O'Hare at 6:30. My husband and I actually get in a couple hours earlier and will have already picked up our rental car, so our plan is to whisk the girls away as soon as they land, they'll not have checked any bags so we hope to get there asap in time to meet as many folks as we can. N4M has been a lifeline for me and I really want to meet everyone in person! Thanks

Thank you for arranging this! If we get into town in time we would love to come! We have a 7 hour drive so not sure when we will get there. Is the Ramada near the Courtyard marriott?
