Event Description

The Ramada  hosts a complimentary meet and greet for all family and friends of graduates each Thursday evening prior to graduation. It is held in their lounge.  The Ramada does this for every PIR group as a courtesy, it is free. Those staying at the Ramada will get a voucher for two free drinks and they have a cash bar. They do not mind if you bring in a water or soft drink with you. The RSVP just helps them get a head count so they know how much food to prepare. But I am sure they make a bit extra!

There is a link in the discussion area of the PIR 12/02/2011 group that has a lot of information about the pictures, DVD and yearbook (Keel).

Yes, you can either tell your SR to order a DVD when they order the pictures or you can also order it at PIR.  I belive what I read was that it comes several weeks later in the mail.

Will the graduation ceremony be available to purchase or order on DVD?  Could record with our camera but taking good pictures is not my strong suit!

Yay! what a wonderful idea. Are we allowed to go if we're not staying at the Ramada? It would be really cool to meet everyone so we have some friendly faces at the PIR ceremony.
