Event Description

The Ramada  hosts a complimentary meet and greet for all family and friends of graduates each Thursday evening prior to graduation. It is held in their lounge.  The Ramada does this for every PIR group as a courtesy, it is free. Those staying at the Ramada will get a voucher for two free drinks and they have a cash bar. They do not mind if you bring in a water or soft drink with you. The RSVP just helps them get a head count so they know how much food to prepare. But I am sure they make a bit extra!

I am excited to meet everyone too! Are children able to attend the meet and greet?  We are traveling with our  younger boys ages 2-1/2  and 8 as well as our sons grandparents so all depends on how they feel as we should be arriving on Thursday sometime.

We booked our room at the Navy Lodge.
