OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Follow this link for OPSEC Guidelines:

Sounds fun but I have to go to Rockford the week of 7/18 and need to leave the weekend free to spend time with the family before I leave. Have a great time!

It sounds like a lot of fun!  We might be in Arizona visiting my niece and her brand new baby girl during that time.  Haven't made the final decision about that trip yet.
