OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I am coming to the event on Sunday. I missed the February event and was so disappointed! I do not have any details yet where we are meeting and if I am to bring something but I am sure Bea will fill me in! I am happy to say my son is back in Honolulu after being gone since Thanksgiving. Sun and surf time!

The N4M messaging for events does not seem to be working. We really don't want to publish private home addresses and phone numbers here. If you are not my friend, please send my a friend request. I have sent friend requests to Cyn and lsuladytiger but I have not heard from them. I know I can send a message to my friends (that part of the messaging system IS working). Please get in the habit of checking your status box on the upper right hand corner for messages and friends requests.
I will be sending out messages this week with Cindy Lou's address, phone number and my cell. Regards, BB
