Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

Hi Kelly, My Daughter left for Boot Camp on 1/26. I also received a call later that evening. and I received her belonging in a box on the 1/29.

My son left for RTC 1/26. He is with ship 14 div 127. PIR set for 3/18. Anybody have a recruit in the same class?

Kelly, ten days after the recruit's arrival at the RTC is still the average time to receive The Form Letter. Those with a recruit in an integrated division (containing both males and females), as you do, often receive it closer to the ten days or after because those in integrated divisions may have additional days in P-Hold waiting to fill. You will be receiving it soon. Most have The Form Letter by 14 days after arrival. Arrival and What Happens at the RTC will let you know what is happening and what to expect.

Vikki, Divisions 127 and 128 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 (BST) together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. There will later be a discussion within PIR 03/18/2016 TG 19 - 10 Divisions (121-128, 808, and 919) for the two divisions.

My daughter also left the 26th of January. This is my second time around with boot camp because my son is also Navy.
