Wapadi..more than likely your PIR date is 5/27 here is the link to the group http://www.navyformoms.com/group/p
But that's just an estimate right jessica? Because you get your PIR date depending on how long it takes to fill the division?
Richelle..actually it looks like 928 has already been confirmed to 5/27. I doubt if there are 2 900 divisions (there MAY be though) but if I were you I'd go ahead and form the 6/3 group and if you are in 5/27...just join that or in 6/10 just form or join that one as well.
He's division 929 though. So would he grad with 928? I'm confused lol I can't stand waiting for the damn PIR letter lol
Richelle, no usually there is only 1 900 division in a PIR group (but every now and there there are two and also every now and then there are none.
My son landed at the airport in Chicago tonight about 7 30 their time. It was the first time he has flown and loved it. I am waiting for that last phone call from him unitl June. I dread that phone call cause the thoughts of not talking to him for 8 weeks just tears me up. He left from Raleigh/Durham NC. Let's keep in touch. Would love to know when everyone else gets their call, box, etc. We just have to keep our heads up!!

jbromom,

I dread not being able to talk for 8 weeks too.  I plan on posting when I get the box and call.  It's going to be a long 8 weeks.

my son left from Ft. Meade in Baltimore Md. on 4/4 and arrived at Great Lakes.  I recieved a call from him at 2:57 am that is the last i have heard from him he is 19 years old. I also recieved his box on 4/7 haven't heard anything else yet watching the mail and sitting by the phone just in case

Kissing my son good night tonight for the last time for a while.......Leaving tomorrow.......this is tough stuff : (
Well, I received a call from my son today and said that he had arrived, that he would be calling in three weeks, and that he would be sending a box.
My son Kevin has arrived at Chicago today.  He called at about 3:00 and said they were waiting for the bus to Great Lakes.  I can only assume that he is in the middle of 1st day of processing now.
Kevin called us at 9:00pm for the 1 minute call letting us know he here there.
