Thank you for the update. I received my sons items today! He had a ship out date of 4/2. I’m in NC. I’m looking forward to receiving an address so I can write him.
We also received our son’s belongings Monday. That was it. Still no address to write him. Thank you for posting!!

Yep...that is procedure...we will receive a letter probably this week or next with PIR date and address.  Take a picture of the letter, in case it gets lost, you still have the information.

Great news...your letter is coming!!!

Just received items today but was expecting a letter w info. So that will come on a different day?

Susan - the letter usually arrives in about 9-14 business days.  Be sure to join the boot camp group (I left the link in the welcome message on your page).  It will give you lots of good information.

I received his box on Friday (5th), and he only left Tuesday (2nd) so I got a little nervous with it arriving so soon. Now I’m checking the mail daily for the formal letter and I feel like I’m in college again, waiting for my parents to write me w money!! Is it normal for his box to arrive so early?

Yeah its faster, but it did come FedEx.  My other son’s box (4 years ago) was a little later, but i live in Chicagoland, so i am not a fair example.  Now we wait for the official letter with the goods!

I received my son's box today as well. Talk about stinky socks!

Hahahahahaha don’t laugh i smelled his clothes like a hound dog...

I have to admit that I did too! Not the socks though:)

Thank you, I received my son's box. No letter w address yet, but the recruiter texted me the address. Hopefully, it is correct. Based on the information, looks like my son's PIR is 5/31/19. No group up yet for that, but I'm watching :-)
