OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Well My son arrived Last night and called about mid night to say I am here and this is the last call for a while. I just keep wondering what is he doing where is he, Did I pre pare him for this ? is there a place that I can see what they do in boot camp ?

Those links that Craig and BunkerQB provided are solid.
That said, your sons world changed with four words.... "GET OFF THE BUS!".
Contact with his former world has been severed for the time being. He is being put under stress with very little sleep. He is being giving detailed instructions and he is expected to follow them exactly. When he jacks it up (and he will), he is learning to sailor up and to accept the consequences. Equally important, he is learning that others suffer the consequences of his actions with him.
Did you prepare him for this? Well, his criminal record is clear enough, his physical condition is decent enough, and he was bright enough to pass an ASVAB. Couple that with the willingness to put himself in harms way if necessary to defend a document, I'd say that you did just fine. Being a qualified and willing applicant already makes him part of a select group. I'd bet no more than 5 to 10 percent of the people in this nation fall into this group. Maybe less.
Now its the Navy's turn to take him from qualified applicant to sailor.

Yes Caroyn, I feel like a crazy person or like I am on drugs lol yesterday I went to run some arrons and I left my purse in the shopping cart at wal-marts parking lot, I am so thankful for a honest customer who see it and took it in ,it was horrible walking back in because I had work there a while back so every one knows me and they all seemed to know about the situation, so then I had to explain ,what was wrong with me why I would such a thing , And , I run my own Avon Bussiness, and I have quite a few represenative. So They are all Calling to check up on me and every time someone say how is it going or have you heard from him. My chest gets this tightness and a burning as if somthing is gone,
And Please under stand I was raised by a Marine, and I was Married to Army And I love The Armed forces I believe this was the Smartest decision he has ever made.
I just wish the pain would Stop ,
But This has helped alot talking to ya'all I can write what i have to say , because as soon as I start to speak about him I start breaking up like I am going to cry, I guess I am just not ready yet .
