Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi, my name is Kendra and my daughter left for boot camp yesterday and I am having a very hard time I cant stop crying and worrying about her. I just don't know if it gets easier as time goes by but right now it is very hard for me. I cant eat sleep or stop crying every time someone ask me about her. Is this normal ? I am worried about her ,I just want her to be ok. I am very proud of her but I can't just get over being sad.

KENDRA YOU ARE TOTALLY NORMAL MY DAUGHTER LEFT WEDNESDAY AND IM STILL CRYING CANT STAND TO WALK BY HER BEDROOM I JUST WANT TO LAY ON HER BED CRY WRAPPED IN HER CLOTHES THAT I LEFT THE AIRPORT WITH REFUSING TO WASH THEM EVER BUT IM GETTING A LITTLE BETTER EVERY DAY !!!! PAM

My son left tuesday July 24th and I am a reck. I cry when certain songs come on or when I see his things in the house. He is the oldest boy of three and I never had an idea how much it hurts that he is away. I am very proud of my son also but his cute face is on my mind.
