My daughter will remain in Chicago for an additional 6 weeks then off to SD for approx 1.5 years for Sonar Schooling. See you at PIR. Hope to talk to you before that! Go Navy.
My son did say yesterday that they waiting on scores from a test to see if they qualified for a flag. He said they were real close.
Have y'all heard how the test scores went?
No I haven't.......fingers still crossed....
We are only using two of our tickets. Let me know if one of y'all can use the other two
Anyone heard from (Ship 14 Div 193)????
Got a short letter Tuesday from my son this week...first time I have heard
missing home..Likes the Division...Really looking forward to Family time....on the 21st.
Just alittle down tone in the letter.....:(
I usually don't get my letters until Wednesday and have not been to the post office yet. I did get a call last Tuesday (20) and he said he would call again in 2 weeks. So that would be next week.
Thanks....Just following...
Just got back from the post office with a letter. He says their division is getting MUCH better on marching, taking pictures next week and test 2. Been fitted for dress uniforms.
Thank you very much....
My son is in Div 193 ship 14 and is the oldest one in his group. He will be 32 in July. He is married and has a wife & 2 kids that live 5 miles from me. The kids miss him so much - we are all going up to graduation(me, his dad, wife & 2 kids). I have only received 2 letters and no phone calls as he uses those to call his wife and kids. Been a very trying time for me as I don't get all the information - so I depend on websites to get my information. I have heard graduation is awesome. We are staying at the Quality Inn. We live in IL - only about 3 hours away.
Jeannie - There a meet-n-greet scheduled for 5-21 PIR on 5-20 from 6 to 8 at the Ramada Inn. Be sure and RSVP if y'all can attend.
