Carol and I have been chatting... she would still like to host the pkg party the Date we have talked about is Nov 12th... I am still trying to get a head count for how many items to buy...We have to have addresses to mail the pkg. Keep in mind the items will be sent in a flat rate box... more to come later!

i'd like to help with this, and get one sent to my daughter, but i can't travel to texas, lol.  if you'll send me the information i'll send a check to help with the cost.

We have a plan... we'll mail the items to CarolP and $$ to help with postage and the name/address of sailors that need one... those of us that can will gather and pack the boxes on Nov 12th, they will go to the mail Nov. 14th...  We are hoping to do about 30 boxes so please be on the look out for sailors in need... extras that we may have, we will contact "adopt a Sailor" and send them to those sailors. Thanks for all your help on this project!!

whoopie cushions, hackie sacs and the little wooden peg games

Hey Ladies,

It's that time!!!  I know everyone is busy with their families and just general day to day living.  I need to have a firm answer from everyone that will be at my house on November 12th for the care package party...  I think this a great way for us to get together and for a good cause!!!

Thanks,

Carol

Navy Moms, It's time to seriously commit to these care packages. It takes everyone doing their parts, whether from far away to right here. I know everyone is busy these days; however, I need to know who is able to come to my house on Nov. 12th to help put these packages together. I cannot do this by myself. I need everyones help to make this a success. Let me know what your contribution is by MONDAY!!! Thanks Ladies...
