oh How I remember that day, my son graduated from BC on 19 MAR and I still have his stuff in that box that came home. I smell them every now and then. Now, hopefully you'll get that form letter tomorrow or saturday and he will write a few lines on the bottom for you. Good Luck!
Br549 thank you so much.I may just leave his things i the box too except for the cell.LOL
yes I took that out, for 8 weeks I searched those clothes for a note or anything and all I could find was a French fry receipt from the Airport in Chicago. lol
My DIL got the box while I was at work. She immediately washed everything, BUT I kept the box. It was the only thing I had with his handwriting on it for a while.

I still have the box. When he came home for a visit to get his bride, he made fun of me!!! Oh well, let him. I'm keeping his letters in it and some photos I took while he was at home. I have a box that I started when he was a wee little thing with his craft things from Bible School, Sunday School, Kindergarten, all the way through high school. Now this is my "man" box so I'll just add to it like my "boy" box.
when my Mom and Dad got my son's box they both cried and I cried. I know the feeling .I'm proud of him but want him home. They would not even let my son keep his bible and I think that upset me the most..
