Yes, you can use business size envelopes. See Letter Writing & Fun Stuff/Questionnaires to send to your Recruit.

My daughter left out of Miami on 3/25. I guess her box came today but I wasn't home to sign for it so fedex left a notice. :(

There is so much to learn and this website is full of good info. Hopefully I can navigate all the important stuff so I don't miss anything.
We still haven't received the box. Wonder if he decided to donate... I'll be glad to get the letter.
Wondering if you got the box yet? We got our letter yesterday
How are you doing?

Hi, my daughter left for BC on 03/25/14.

Hi, how are you doing?

sorry, i didnt reply sooner. I'm good at my moment the other night when I open her bedroom door, stay in there for awhile and cried, daniella is our first and middle daughter.we recieve her box yesterday and dad and I cried for ahile. Today, we got her invite for graduation.

It is so hard to adjust their first time away from home. My son lived away at school for a year when he was 18, I cried all the way from the east cost to the west coast of Florida when we left him. The separation has been a little easier because of that. I miss him like crazy though and can't wait to hear from him. Writing to him helps. Keep in touch, I think it helps to stay connected with other moms!
We got out box. I realized when I typed addresses I have a typo on the zip and it is my work address so he didn't realize. Guess that means I'll have a delay in everything. Boo!!
Oh man, well at least when you mail the first time you can get him the right info. Glad you got his stuff though !

I sure am kicking myself though - ha ha!  Fingers crossed for a letter today!!
