I hope some of the other moms from other groups don't look on here and think we are heartless! It could be taken the wrong way but I for one am glad it's like this instead of all the boo hooing. I'm tired of crying and I am sick of puffy, baggy eyes!! Susan
I'm still not crying, but I was up from about 11:30 last night until 5 this morning. That's what I do...not cry...wake up and WORRY!! Exhausted today. Slept in car and made husband drive home today...I was not awake enough to be safe. Still real tired right now.
Nancy
I am getting pretty tired, too. I have been awake since about 4:00
Wendi
Betsy, Great minds think, ummm, alike. OK I know I have to stop with Umm's, but I can't seem to help myself :)

Nancy, I'm sure you will be able to sleep soon. Once you are at the point we are you will feel better. Susan
I have to reply down here...no reply on the post above... yes a beer probably would have worked. We were at my mom's...strange bed, not sure about whether or not she has beer and to be honest I didn't think about it. Hot milk works for me too. But I was trying to be quiet. If I wake up tonight...beer it is!! :-)
Wendi,

Wow, you poor thing. I would be asleep by now, for sure. ((hugs))

Betsy
Brandon has one zero in his. Maybe that is why he hasn't called. He has forgotten my phone number after all the yelling. Oh, dear. What a great time tonight and I thought I would be a mess. Bless all of you. Kathy
Kathy,

I am really laughing at the thought of Brandon totally forgetting your phone number. Can you imagine if he is standing there, near the phone, trying to think of it and they are yelling at him to call you. Why is that funny? lol

Betsy
LOL Kathy. I can't wait to hear how Brandon is on his call and I wonder if it will be better because he is a little older?? I never in a million years thought we would all be laughing and poking fun at our kids tonight. I really thought it would be a pity party with tissues instead. Susan
Well, really I am going to go to dinner tomorrow night with him and drop him off at the hotel with a much lighter heart than I would have otherwise. Bless all of you for sharing your experiences with so much....uh....glee?? No really, it makes me feel so much better! I will send Ian off feeling much better...knowing it will be a tough 7 weeks, but doable.
Nancy
Thanks Betsy!! I will be checking in with you guys on Wednesday night. Gee two days away seems like an awfully long time. Hope he graduates with your kids... :(
Ok, I know what happened he couldn't remember my number so he called a fake number somewhere and acted like it was me. I can see it now. Lord have mercy. lol. My husband kept looking at me like I was crazy when I was laughing at the boot camp place. I am still laughing out loud about that. I can't wait to put all of this in a letter. No names of course. lol. Kathy
