My daughter left for boot camp august 08, 2011. Had to deal with a military hater on facebook

As if it was hard enough keeping a smile on my face while knowing i wouldnt see my daughter every day.... I had a message from someone on facebook saying all people in a uniform and gun should go f... themselves. It did force me into writeing all the reasons I love and respect my daughters choices. I am so proud of her. Anyone who can make such a big comittment is very awsome. I imagine how hard it is when protesters stand out and say nasty things at coming home events and funerals.

Ignore the idiots. Please join your PIR group. Since your daughter left just this last week, I'll bet her PIR date will be on 09/30/2011.  Please hook up with this group. Click on the link below. When you get your form letter, it'll tell you. If it turns out her PIR date is before or after, no harm done you can always join the 09/23/2011 group or the group that will be formed for 10/07/2011.

            PIR: Sept 30, 2011           TG 46

            PIR: Sept 23, 2011           TG 45 -  Divisions (315-320 & 945)

BTW, please join the New Moms Stop Here  Click on the Pages located just underneath the member photos. You'll find an example of the form letter. Please watch the videos and review the info in the survival guide.

Good luck. Welcome to Navy For Moms.

Boy, I totally enjoy debates with people like this...  I enjoy crushing them.

Tell him that he must not understand that you have a daughter and she is missing the "equipment" to go f^ herself... On the other hand, you being a guy, you possibly could... Never mind, because your head is so far up your @ss, it's blocking the possibility.

lol funny. need more like you on faceboof

Alyses mom,

Please repost w/o your daughter's last name.  You can copy the above contents, paste to the comment box, delete her last name then hit "add reply"

Next go back to your previous comment, click on the "x" located on the upper right corner to delete the comment. Avoid using real names - first her safety and yours.

Wouldnt that be great if Alyse and Alexandria became friends? so how are you doing and feeling?

I am doing  okay I miss my daughter like crazy already I got the graduation date in the mail with a small note from her saying she was doing good  . I think it  would be great if our daughters got to know eachother  and become friends.
        How are doing ?

Trying to pretend she is on vacation at first. second week  has past and cant pretend anymore. Her boyfriend got the forum letter, her box and the first call. Young love. I can here her voice saying,"mom you have to let me grow up." she will always be my baby. her bf did take a copy to my parents and they sent a copy to me. got it today. they say letters are gold to them? works both ways.

sorry took me so long to reply I know those letters are golden we got a few from our daughter  I love her and miss her .She graduates soon excited and nervous both taking a train to chicago (nervous)
we come from a small town of 700  but it will all be worth being nervous  once I get to see my Strong indepent young woman. Yes she will always be my baby girl though.  I never knew how hard it was going to be to write letters  I write and wanna tell her to come home right now I miss her and I know I cannot do that.  We just have to remember that they have choose a life that is positive and that is something to be proud of.
