Yeah. I'm there!
My son left 10/27.
So I called Holly's recruiter today (he told me to) and he said that technically she is still doing P days, but his info shows her as Ship07 Div036. Apparently this could possibly change, but I guess I will go with it until I hear differently! Still have not seen "The Box"
Suzi That looks like a typical shiup/divison #...now to wait for the RTC to post the divisions for PIR 12/17...no PIR for 12/10 and some have gotten their form letters with PIR 12/22...
TG 05 — 8 Divisions (019–024 & 904–905) Graduate Friday, Dec. 17, 2010

Just looked at the RTC website and here are the divisions for 12/17
I wonder why no PIR on the 10th? I bet I end up with the 22nd. Blah. So much more expensive than earlier in the month. Still gonna be there no matter, just sayin, ya know?
Suzi, hang in there, you never know. I am keeping hope alive until the last possible minute, Kim
OK, we are definitely in the same boat. Let's keep each other up to speed. Friend me so we can comment to each other.
Definitely!
my bf left the 25h. one week down! :D
My son left on Thursday from Indianapolis. Got my call at 9:22 p.m. our time. We're in Indiana. How are you handling it?
Hi jon'smom! Your son left just a couple of days after Ty. I did much better than I thought I would at the airport but there was no way I wanted to send him off with my a total wreck. He would have been worried to death. I did okay until I walked up to the car and saw his Navy bag in the front seat and then I fell completely apart! This is the hardest thing ever! I am doing my best to stay busy and have already started making travel plans for his graduation! I write him every day (actually started two days before he left) and mailed letters out to him on Friday after getting his address from the recruiter. I was THRILLED to see the note he wrote on back of the "form" letter that came the same day of his box. I can only imagine how excited I will be when I actually get to talk to him or get my first letter!
You hang in there too! We have to be positive and strong for our sailors!
