Hi all. :)
I know I saw a few moms out there today who mentioned their sons were in class 1101 starting in November. It'll be here before we know it!
For those of you who don't know, I'm Aaron's girlfriend. He's an EM who graduated A school in September. :)
I can't wait to get to know all of you, and hopefully meet you all in April! :)

He is in Section 3...his name is Steve.
Hi there, my son's graduation date is 4/22/11 from Power School.   Does anyone know anything about graduation?  Is there a limit on the number of people who can attend?

Wow! We have more people popping up like crazy!! :)

Welcome, krsprark1! Like we asked Sherri, which section is your son in?

We should all be getting a formal invitation in the mail soon for Power School (our sailors gave them our addresses and names). No limit to people unless it rains and they have to move the event inside. :)

My son is in 1101-8, or that's how I address his mail.  Thanks for the info on the invitations.  I asked my son and on Sunday, he didn't know anything.  He didn't think there was a limit on people, but he wasn't sure.  Thanks much!
Are we ready to start planning our Meet & Greet for Power School Graduation?

Yes, please! :)

I fly in Wednesday.... At this point I'm planning on helping Aaron move on Wednesday. Thursday sounds like a good option to me!

I'm flying on Tuesday, but moving to the villas on Thursday.  Why don't we just do something at the villas, that way the people that aren't staying there can get a look at them?  There seem to be several staying at the villas anyway. The yards are plenty big enough.
Oh yeah! It'll be nice outside!! Forgot about that! haha.
Sounds great to me. :)

Aaron got SC!! :)

With no hold. :/

But I've been thinking about it, and there's no reason to be upset... Neither one of us can do anything about it, so there's no sense in weeping over it.

Haven't heard from my son yet.  He requested NY, poor southern boy!
My son thinks he is on hold.  Have any of your sailors gotten that information, and do they know why or how that was decided?
Just spoke to my son and he said he is on hold.. I ask how it was determined he said the LSO (?) had just randomly picked who-when-where they would go!!
