Is everyone planning on being at the meet and greet? I'm so excited to go up for PIR, see my son and meet everyone. I'm praying for a safe finish to boot camp and that all our kids, and loved ones finish all they need to finish and pass and graduate safely and that everyone has safe travels!! Looking forward to seeing you all in a couple of weeks!!! (less than that now) :)
jetpatch: I agree with you! I am sure all are told they are the worst so let's all hope it's motivating them...it does sound like they are the smallest div, possibly so all that attention from RDC's may not be good like I first thought! Let's keep information flowing on our recruits' progress!
Not sure about that cause i dont see any other div saying that and the only call we got was on the 6th. I just asked why they where not getting to call home more like the other div. but hopefully you are correct and its a way to scare them but with only 2 weeks till PIR not sure why they would still need to be scared into anything.
Buton a lighter note i do know the div passed inspection and these letters are a week old. I know they did the shooting range and the last PT test and personal inspection as well. Lets hope we get phone calls this weekend and on the 3rd. I'm not trying to bring anyone down just passing on what I know. I have been told I'm brutally honest, sorry.
tdc801-Sharing any and all information is good! Being a small DIV I am sure it's easier to have your slips ups noticed. As long as they pass, we will all be thrilled! Please keep sharing your info. I had only recieved 2 letters and we are now on vacation so you all are my source on inf
ya like i said every letter i get is a week off so this week they could have pulled it all together. i believe in Tina and i know things are hard there and she is homesick. also that was hell week so I'm sure its what they are all going through. as far as i know it seems alot of SR's want to lead but non want to follow but i did tell her that the RDC's love playing mind games and thats what I'm sure is going on. I have total faith that when we see them all in 2 weeks we will all be proud. i post all the info i get cause I'm with you i want to know everything i can
My husband also mentioned that the division has not been doing well at all as a whole. So I am praying they can pull it together for battle stations and get through that! Also my husband will be in Great Lakes until Wednesday, the 12th and then he'll fly to Charleston. I booked our flight to head back home Sunday afternoon, but since they are refundable tickets I may see if I can come back home Monday instead so we can spend Mothers Day together.
Has anyone downloaded the Gate Pass yet? I saw some others in different DIV have printed it for May 7 PIR but my Password comes back incorrect! It is supposed to be available according to the website!
It does work, I just got finished downloading and printing it. Am I allowed to post the password on here ? Also, I got a call from JP tonight ! :) He said battle stations for them are next Tuesday. He did say that the RDC's don't like to reward them for things because of the division doing badly. The best thing he said was that he doesn't leave until the Tuesday after PIR ! Does that mean I will get to see him on Monday too ?
Make sure you use all caps.
I would not post the password here.
I know this is almost over, but what seems to be the problems with the division? I haven't been hearing anything like this from my son. He's not saying they are doing well, just not mentioning anything is wrong either. Just curious? This is apparently why we are getting no extra phone calls. Worries me a little. I will be praying for them all.
