I'm with you.  I didn't get a letter or phone call yet either.  I guess they are really busy.  I keep reminding myself "no news is good news", but I would like to hear her voice or see her handwriting.  Does anyone know if they can call your cell phone or do they have to call on a land line?  Someone told me today that they may have to call on a land line, but I work and I don't want to miss the call if I ever get one.

They can call either if they have a phone card but only a landline can accept collect calls.

no letter no phone call..  and wait continues.........

@ML - i would think they could call either cell or land line... after all - lots of families don't even have a land line any more

It sounds like if we got mail it was short because ours was very short also.  I wonder if they didn't have much time to write.  He did say they went to church on Sunday.  Also said he's had to do extra IT because of mistakes he has made.  He'll get the hang of paying attention to detail eventually or will be REALLY buff in the process.  LOL

I also noticed that the people who got letters yesterday live closer to GL than we do.  Perhaps there is still hope for the rest tomorrow.

Well they have made it through 4 Fridays... so have we!  I still have not received a letter or call but happy for those who have.

You are not alone.   I haven't gotten a letter or call yet either, but I'm glad that others have.

An 02/922 posted on Facebook that she got a phone call.  GRAB YOUR PHONES....MAY WE ALL BE SO LUCKY TONIGHT!!

We got a phone call.  It was so good to hear his voice.  He sounds tired.  He had a tooth pulled on Tuesday.  He also said he has received our mail.  He said he is sooooo homesick.  The call lasted several minutes.  We hope everyone gets their calls and letters soon.

got my phone call! She sounded sad at first but by the end she was good. Best birthday present ever!

just heard from my son's girlfriend that she got a 10 minute call about an hour ago.  She said he sounded good.  said they are incredibly busy :-)

Well I heard from my Son!!!!!!!!!!! My phone call came. He had a couple fillings and 2 wisdom teeth pulled. He received an award Bravo Zulu. He also said they are starting to work together as a team, which is very important to there final test I guess. Also has received all our mail and that he will not be able to write till sunday again then next week they are suppose to be able to on Tues & Thursdays also................................ Was great to hear him..
