Thank you Jo1 for letting me know about the Illinois weather.  We're kinda having weird weather here in Mississippi as well.  We will possibly tie a record for low temperatures tonight.  I've never known it to be in the 40s/50s in May!!!  It is just so weird what the weather is doing all over the country!  Guess my son better get used to the cold weather up there; he goes to Groton next for about a year so he'll be there for sure when the snow comes!!!  Glad it's him and not me!

Proud Navy Mom,

You are right that the weather has been weird all over the country.  I had to laugh when I read that your son is going to have to get used to the cold.  My son is going to have to get used to the heat because he's  going to be near Charleston S.C. and he's used to the cold. :)

Those boys and girls are going to have to adapt to an awful lot in their lives and having to adapt to different weather really isn't all that bad.  It could be worse!

hello everybody   ... any news on 02/928... i received no phone call or letters.... i'm praying that all is well ...

is your sr in 928?  did he do BS allready? i'm confused... pls reply  ..
Yes goMahvelous, here's hoping that div 928 takes it all for integrated division!!!  They will post it on the RTC FB page later...  If you see it please post it here and I will do the same.
OMG!  I can't believe it!  How awesome is that!!  The only thing that would make it better would be a phone call home.  All they have to do now is all get through BS and they might be the Hall of Fame winners!!!  This is so exciting!

WTG 928.  You guys are awesome!  And RTC posted two pictures of my daughter from the graduation on Friday.  I cried like a baby.  Was so happy to see her after almost 2 months!  Here's praying for battlestations.  I will have my blue candle lite the evening of May 23rd.

My husband is on ship staff... There was one time when I heard that 928 was getting to call home, but I didn't hear from my husband.  I thought he was hurt or in trouble or something, but later I learned he just had some duty that conflicted with the calling out time.  So if your SR didn't call, it could be as simple as he had other duties.

I know it isn't reassuring, but everyone says about RTC: "No news is good news."

my son told me that he

works with your husband..as ship staff

I'm sorry for your worrying abdc11.  I know we all say they're probably at duty or there is probably a reasonable explanation and you're probably tired of hearing that.  But I'm sure there really is.  Had something bad happened you would have gotten a phone call.  That's a fact because so many people on N4M have had calls from their SRs for various reasons.  I would feel the exact same way as you had I not gotten a call.  I will say a prayer for all of you.  At least you know you should be receiving a call (or his parents) tomorrow afternoon.  Please let us know when you get the call you've been waiting for.

what  ship/ div?   maybe some one else can give you info..
