Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Yes.. keep me posted on her PIR.....I'm hoping to hear soon, when my daughters PIR is.... :)

 Wishing they had mail delivery on sundays.... :)  But my phone is on my side.. maybe a call!!!!  :)   That would make my weekend!

Yahhhhhhhh!! Finally got the Form Letter!!!!!!!!  PIR 3/16!!! I am soooooo happy!  What a great handwritten note on the back!! My day is GREAT now!   Still crying............. but happy tears!  She is doing good!  :)  So proud! So very Proud! 

Yay!!!!!!(0:  Yes, it is ever so wonderful to get those hand-written notes from our girls!!(0:  It helps to hear that they are surviving!!  So, yes, it appears you and I will be attending the same PIR on 3/16!!!!  I made my reservation at the Navy Lodge because they were the first number I called, and I was panicking about being able to get a room)0:  You are driving to Great Lakes?

LOL...... yes... it is sooo great!   

Yeah..... glad you'll be there!  We are at the Marriott... 4 miles from the base!   My mom, offered to watch my other two so that I can attend a meet and greet!  Let me know if you want to go too... they are showing it on these sites.. We can definitely meet up!   I think it's on thursday!    Yes, we are leaving early wednesday morning..... around 6am... should arrive about 7pm that night!  I may be able to shave an hour off!  LOL.   Going to book the rental car soon.  I am leaving for NH this week to a hockey tournament.. but will when I get home next monday!! Soooooo EXCITED!!!!    Yahhhhhhhhhhh!

I'm at the Marriot too!!!! We will be getting in late Thursday night as our drive is 17 hours :(

Enjoy the hockey tournament.........my daughter played hockey as well.....brrrrrrrr

 

Yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!   We will have to meet  up!   We will be leaving here wednesday morning about 6-7 am.. it's a 13 hour drive.  Plan to be there before dark... or just about.   Going to the meet and greet too!! My mom offered to watch the baby!!  Wahhoooooo!      Looking forward to the tournament... 5 hour drive to NH.   Actually we're staying in Andover..... Tourn is in Salem NH.   We have two rooms... to fit all of our kids.  

Looks like some divisions are getting calls...... not 096 tho :(  But I got my letter!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG...... i was hysterical!!  LOL  So happy!  Yes, now I'll be more relaxed and patient!  Well.... a little that is!  Her note sounded very positive!   So Proud of her!  <3

096 is calling!!! I just got my call!!!!   Stay by your phone!!!!  My valentines day is complete!!!   OMG.... I am sooooo happy to hear her voice!!!!!  HOOYAH!     WOW..... so relieved!  Thank you ladies... for all your support!!!!!!!!  xoxoxo
