Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 109 and 110.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I think they are a push division?  They were in P-Hold for awhile there waiting for more recruits, but will make it!!  The last letter I have from my SR is dated February 8th and that was training day 3-3.   5-1 training day is this Thursday, February 21st.  Is BS on 6-5 or the day after 6-5?  6-5 is March 6th.

Good news 109... they are calling right now ... just got off the phone with our SR ... the division is coming together.  He sounded so good and other than being tired he was in great spirits!   I hope all get calls!

How Long were they able to talk?
I also got a call from my daughter in 110. She's been a little under the weather but is in very good spirits. Sounds like 110 is coming together as well.

YIPPEE!!  Got a reward call from my SR daughter today about a 1/2 hour ago.  She is in Division 109, the one I had asked for prayer for in getting along and working as a team.  Well, they have earned 5 flags so far!!  Hooray!!  Today they earned for for their drills so they got to make phone calls home.  It was great to see that 847 area code pop up on my phone after almost 3 weeks of silence!  She sounded strong and I don't know, a little more subdued or mature?  I could tell there was a difference.  She is glad they are getting rewards, but the females still have somei issues with getting along with each other.  The males work well together.  On top of the phone call, I come home to letters from her in the mailbox!!  So happy and smiling!!  Love my baby!!  Will see her soon in 2 weeks!!  HOOYAH!!

By the way, my SR verified that today is Training Day 5-2!

Sounds great...looks like mostly everyone got calls, I did too :-)! Nice to hear they are finally coming together slowly but surely.

Keep encouraging our SRs all! Looking forward to meeting you all. I might be able to attend the "Meet and Greet" afterall.

Horray!!!!

If anyone has found out when BS for this group is could they please message me since we can't post it on here? Thanks!

I will send you a private message with the info .. but it says You have to accept a friend request first.

Proud Dad,

I already gave her the info via private message.  Sorry it doesn't show up as already responded to.  Thanks for your help!  Are you packed yet?  Getting so close!!

Hey fellow 109's ... wanted to let you know I got a quick call from my son tonight ... after swallowing the initial scare that something might be wrong ... got to talk for really just a few minutes ... he was calling to confirm the list of names for graduation ... any way for 109 .. .yesterday was the gas chamber ... and tomorrow is the final PFA test for them!  another day closer!

Thanks for the update, Proud Dad!!  I think that they are mixing up the order of things from what is listed on Craig's day to day schedule that he put up on NavyDep.  No worries.  Everything will happen when it's supposed to and our SRs are more than ready for it!!  Just so excited to receive the "I'm a Sailor" calls next week and to hug our new Sailors on Friday!!  God's Blessings and safe travels for everyone and I hope to see many at Sarge's Meet & Greet too~~

My daughter is in Ship 03 Div 110. Still no calls from her yet. Very worried. Very happy for u moms out there knowing your love ones becoming  'one fine future sailor' protecting our country.
