Looking for family with sailors in this division.  Have received 2 letters with different street addresses - one Ohio and one Illinois.  Anyone having similar issues?

MamaBear,

I've order 4 black ribbons with gold for 805 div for our family.  I've ordered the Last Name with the Division Number.   I also ordered multi dyecuts for scrapbooks from Lala (aka Lora). I just placed my order this morning. Ran errands and she already had responded with my total once I checked N4Ms this afternoon.  I'll be sending my check tomorrow.  =D

How does the Lottery thing work for the color of scarfs that a division wears?   Do we just decided on our own?

I think and pray for our boys often.  I'm missing our son so much.  So I'm COUNTING the days down until we can see him.  We didn't receive a letter today, nor a phone call today.  No news IS good news.

Have a great day everyone.

So happy there is a group for this division now! My fiance is in this group and I will gladly wear a scarf or ribbon or whatever to support him and the entire division! I did not receive a call but I got a letter yesterday which was strange because they normally come on Thursday. But he said that they were given a bit more free time that day. (he wrote on the 26th) Hopefully a call comes soon!

Yay Tressa!  This brought tears to my eyes once I realized it was you!  I was reading along thinking, "My son has a fiance..."  Then I saw your picture!  Silly me!

Hello Tressa,

Glad you recieved a letter yesterday.  I'm still waiting on a letter and a call would thrill me so.  We are on this site to support our son and his division.

Not sure. We will have to check with LaLa to find out. :)

Just off the phone with my son!! yay! finally :)

Very happy for you Sharon!  Our son, (and Tressa's fiance) sent a message to Tressa via a call from another sailors wife at boot camp, saying our sailor had his wisdom teeth out and would miss the window of opportunity to call  :(  I'm hopeful they will reward him that privilege soon anyhow, I heard they can win that some times...

Oh so glad they could get a message to Tressa.  I hope all went well with removal of his wisdom teeth. My son said his wisdom teeth had been removed, as well. It was a very brief call, maybe 5 minutes, but so glad just to be able to talk for a few minutes. He did say their division is working together pretty well. Let's hope they are able to win a call. They are in my prayers every day!!

SHIP 04 Div 805 moms,

WE NEED TO CHOOSE A SCARF COLOR SO OUR SR's can identify us and we can identify our 805 families at the PIR.

PLEASE read the above note from Lora............I don't want to make this decision alone.   I am fine with any color scarf.

I'm off to bed since I worked last night and I get to go back for more tonight.

Good night.....Have a great day.

I love the sky blue - I think it will be easy to spot if everybody else is okay with that? If anybody else has a preference I am also fine with any color scarf. :)

Sky blue sounds wonderful.....fill me in on the details for ordering/obtaining.  I feel very uneducated!!

Pick a color!  I don't care, but if they are available, was that the problem?  I don't know how to find out, but if we get one picked from the colors available, just let us know!  Sky blue (very pretty), or Black with a gold Anchor sounds awesome!  Black is my vote! It will all match with the division black ribbons with gold.e JK's, if you will weigh in on it, we can just say Yea or Nay, and have it decided!  Others will just have to happily agree!
