While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 803 and 804
Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).
sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining this discussion to answer your questions about the "800" division.
Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.
Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.
We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Yesterday I got a letter from my SR in 803; when he wrote his letter Sunday he said finally the day before he thought their division was finally pulling together.

20 min call a bit after 6:00. He has a scratchy throat but is not sick. He said several guys in 803 have had the same.

Finally spoke to our SR!!! We missed our first call so really good to hear his voice. A little bit of a cold and two wisdom teeth gone but he sounded good. Said the same as some other posts regarding some guys not paying attention and they continue to get in trouble. Does not sound like they are loosing any conditioning. So excited to know he is doing so well!!

Got a long letter from my son today! We has been writing a little each day and everything seems t be going really well. I think there may be some younger guys that continue to struggle, some having never been away from home. He said he has become a mentor to a young 17 year old, that made me smile. I had told him in one of my letters to help the younger guys out when possible. There is a guy in his division who is a great singer and that is great treat for them all! As my son would say "It's all good."

Wow Swsal your son is already a team player by helping out a fellow recruit. Good for him.
They will all sing at PIR in a military sort of way, I believe Anchors Away, which I didnt expect. So having a great singer in the group should help keep them in tune lol
