OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Yeahhh we were together 24/7 ... And all of a sudden let him go cold turkey! ...i booked my flight today...it was so exciting. We should so hang out when we get there...i get to Waukegan Thursday afternoon

I am checking mail daily, and stilll no letter. This must be happening on their end, too. So, I don't know if he is getting my letters either. My son's birthday is Aug. 1. I'm letting all his friends know, so they can get him a card off! I guess they better mail it quickly!

My SR is also ship 09 DIV 254. I have received a couple of phone calls and one letter. SR really loves it .... says it is kinda boring and pretty easy. I cannot wait for graduation.

Yay!! I got three wonderful letters today! Better than gold to me! He's doing fine. He's very happy their uniforms came in and he just sounds so okay. Whew ....mother's sigh of contentment. I'm gonna have a nice sleep tonight. Praise God.

I'm so happy to hear you got your letter today mrsM!!! i was so disappointed when i didnt see a letter AGAIN but my mail comes again late tonight so i hope i have a nice surprise waiting when i get home from work!!!! I hope hubby is doing well and thanks for the encouragement. Its been tough these last few days. i miss him like crazy and its kinda taking over my mood ugh.

My SR (boyfriend) is in ship 09 division 254. I'm patiently awaiting for a letter but each day that goes by and I don't have one it's very frustrating for me. Praying for one tomorrow!
