Thanks for sharing this info about the phone call!! It gives me hope that my husband will be able to call as well.

Happy birthday to Nick!!
My boyfriend is in the same ship and division too :) I miss him sooo much I haven't heard from him since he left on the 16th of august :(
Hey everyone...so a letter came from my husband today. Did anyone else get mail from their SR? I'm glad to see that communication is starting to trickle in from our Division. Hopefully, a phone call will come next!
I got a letter to, things are good he had 2 wisdom teeth out, he says they wait a lot, march a lot and fold a lot. He also said the food isn't bad and the group is good and best of all he hadn't been yelled at. Can't believe a letter feels so good. I am so happy he is happy.
Mom2nick, isn't it amazing how good the letters feel! LOL! My husband pretty much said the same thing about the group. He says they get along for the most part, but there are some playful kids in the group that keep causing problems for themselves and everyone.
Hi everyone!
I am happy to let everyone know I received a bunch of letters from my hubby!! He had at least 6 different letters in one envelope! I am so happy to have finally heard from him. He seems to be very optimistic about bootcamp. I unfortunately miss him more than ever. It's so hard to wake up without him and be with our son without him.
He is so funny!! His letters had my brother in law, sister and me cracking up. He says they do a lot of teamwork, which is nice. He is still his funny self but he misses our son and I terribly. He is so strong, because I don't know how he does it. He makes the greatest of sacrifices for us.
Today I'm just very emotional. I miss him like crazy. This is the hardest thing for me to do is be without him. It's a hard day for me because I want to hear his voice so bad and talk to him so bad, it literately hurts. I just pray to God that tomorrow will be a better day and that October 8th gets here soon. He is doing so well and passed his swim test and is just rocking it over there, like I knew he would.
If anyone gets a phone call, please make sure to post so that the rest of us have something to be excited over.
Have a blessed day and may everyone's phone be fully charged, we wouldn't want to miss that call, I know I wouldn't.

Hey there Ladies.. I recieved a letter on Thursday of last week. He wrote one to me and one to his sister. I offered to read it to her but she told me NOT TO OPEN IT!!!! She doesnt live with me. Anyway in my letter he said everything was great, the weatehr and the food. He too had to have wisdom teeth pulled (3). I had a lot going on this weekend so I didn't get on the site at all. My how it has changed hahahaa (the chat box) I ordered ribbons, I would love to meet ya'll at the M&G. I'm hoping to recieve another letter this Thurs. Has our divison gotten calls yet??? I didn't get one. I even sent a calling card, I hope he gets it. Everyone have a blessed week. Jessica
Yes looking forward to Thursdays mail, no call either. Any tips or deals for flying and hotel, it looks like it's gonna cost me over a grand not including food
Yes its going to cost some bucks to get there. That is about what my husband and I figured about 1000. His son will be graduating from police acadamy two weeks later so we will be traveling then as well.
I went thru tavelocity but then I always use them. I think our flight is about 250 per person plus the room and rental car. It adds up fast.
just got a phone call everyone stay alert
Hey everyone, it's been over 2 weeks since I've heard anything from my son & overall I have only received 1 call & 1 letter so I am starting to get down again. The call & letter boosted me to great pride & now no word has me a bit down. So anyone hearing from their loved one would help. Has anyone else not heard anything? Are letters pouring in? Calls? Please help me by hearing from you all! Thanks.
