i know you worry as a mom thats his not writing you. But i worry as a girlfriend weather or not he still loves me how i i love him. I dont know ladies i am so worry and heart broken right now dont know what to think about this. :(

Oh sweetie...I'm so sorry that you're having to worry about this.  I'm certain that he's just exhausted and sleeping when/if he can.  I wouldn't worry so much.  He's changing a lot of things about himself (for the positive) and that takes a lot of energy!

He must have a lot of responsibilities with the division as well, being the Religious Petty Officer.  That's gotta take up a lot of time.

My SRs fiancee is only getting one letter a week too.

Here's a hug for you (((HUG))) and I hope it helps.

Hey ladies i finally got a letter from my SR today :(  he sounds very down in his letters and it seems like he has been having a hard week. I hope things get better for him. But good news is he said they now get time on Tues and Thurs to write as welll yyyyeeeaaahhhh i hope that means i will be getting more letters..... Hopefully they will be happy letters.

I didn't get anything today, but his fiancee did.

Now I'm the one that is sad and hurt.  I know it's selfish and petty, but...

I'll get over it and just keep writing to him like I always do.  I plan to send him stuff from Disney...

I'm so sorry lawpupk9!  Hang in there.  We only have 28 days until we can see and talk to our SRs face-to-face!!

@ law i am sorry... I was having a really rough week too i actually came home during lunch and there wasnt anything in the mailbox i broke down and thought maybe he doesnt love me anymore. But when i got home from work it was there. I was very happy to get it but he sound really down in he letter he said it has been rough but he didnt tell me what happen. Also my sr said that it takes forever to write 1 letter since they have to write in caps. So i guess thats why he hasnt been writing much.  Just stay strong. My sr also told that they are now given time to write letters on tues and thurs too so hopefully we will start getting more letters. I sure can use them.

I certainly hope that I get some more letters.  I could use them too!

This week has just been really hard and I have no idea why.  I'm supposed to be all excited and happy about going on vacation and taking my little kid (who's almost 14) to Disney for his first visit ever.  I'm not.  I'm sad and I'm lonely and my miss my SR.  It hit me like a ton of bricks when his fiancee got a letter and I didn't.  I have to learn to let him go and not be so upset.

I haven't gotten a letter that was in all caps.  My SR writes home in his own handwriting but still addresses the envelopes in caps.  When I write, I'll write in all caps - I started that in the police academy almost 20 years ago.  My SR, however, has horrible handwriting - Just like his dad.

I'm so happy that you received a letter from your SR Desiree!
thanks i really needed it :)
So ladies I got a letter from my sr and he sound really down that is really affecting me... I hate to see that he is down and going through a hard time I hope he pulls through this I can't bear these sad letters. The hardest part is that he didn't tell me what happen.
desireenavygf,  So glad you got your letter, but I know what you mean. When they sound down it affects you too. My SR sounded a little down as well.  This week, or next they should be getting in to more fun things for them.  I think they start shooting and things like that.  Lets hope we get happier letters soon so we can all be happy!!!
I hope so this is going to be a long week after getting such a sad letter. I will keep praying for all of them I know they can make it through this...
