Ship 11 Div 349 (Aug 29, 2012 ship date) Anyone else with SR's in the same ship?

Just got My son's address and ready to send him his 1st letter.  His Recruiter was able to get it for me. So anyone still waiting for that special address, try calling your sailor's recruiter.  They may be able to get it for you sooner.

My fiance shipped out on the 29th as well. I have not heard anything yet, and his recruiter told me to call him on Monday for the address. I am just nervous and feel like I should wait for the form letter. I have heard from some people the the recruiters are given the wrong address and it can take a lot longer for the SR to receive their letter. :(

Maybe my fiance and your son will be in the same ship/division :)

I already have 3 letters ready to mail, just need the address :) and I of course I included pictures.

I promised him I would write everyday, and intend to keep that promise.

He brought a small notebook like maybe 4in by 2 in with addresses and phone numbers written in it. He couldn't find a tiny address book. Do you think they let him keep that? Or do you think they made him toss it? Do they go through it first and see what is in it? I did write a little note in the back of it :/

Good :) Cause I don't think he even knew I wrote something in the back of it. I was hoping he'd stumble across it, plus in a letter I said to look in the back if he hadn't already. Gosh, it's been 3 days and I am already missing him so much! I
