Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

This constant up & down is killer.  Now we can worry if they are having their teeth out :(  Ahhhh, I hate it ...Big hug to you, it sucks for us, but at least we know they are safe...

Oh, Bethin :-(
I'm so sorry :-(
Hubby says that'll be our luck, too...Ugh. I hope you get a letter soon.

Thanks Momm - pretty bummed :(

:-( so sorry, thystle. I guess they are showing us that we are at the Navy's mercy for a long time...

Thanks Whimsy, I tried to do that but couldn't figure it out :)  Hope some of your boys are there Moms !

Not a problem, Bethin NY. So sorry your SR isn't in the picture. I think our boys may be together though in dental. I sure hope it goes ok for them. :(

I'm worried now about dental. My guy has all his wisdom teeth and two teeth that aren't very good. They run in the family :-( I sure hope he's doing ok if they pulled them:-( hope everyone else's are too. It's hard not being around for that.

I hear you on that!!  We tried to get them out before he left but of course his recruiter detoured that by saying it would delay his departure date. My son has never even had a filling!!! Those poor boys!!

Where's the button to turn off the worrying mom???? ha

Definitely can't locate that button either.  The knot in my gut & I have gotten very friendly. Ugh

Oh Lord, if only there were an off button for that!! I resorted to my daughter's suggestion of Z-Quil to sleep last night, lol!

I'm getting seriously annoyed with college parents, too . . . I'm glad your kid comes home every week end and you text her daily, but please stop rubbing it in . . . *sigh*

Still so worried about his teeth. The enamel on two of my kids' teeth is bad. They were born that way. So SR has two teeh that have black spots at the top . . . I sure hope they don't pull 6 teeth out of his head . . .

It's the not knowing. That's the worst. Up until now we have all been able to get ahold of our kids, at least a call or text. But this is driving me insane!

I know Momm2five...

I too am very worried about the teeth!  It all seems so much to put them through on top of everything else they are dealing with!!  But I keep remembering the comments from other moms who kids were saying that the dentist was nice. But do they really only have one dentist for all those kids? There has to be hundreds of them?? Lets hope our boys get the nice dentist!

And I agree with you...its the NOT KNOWING WHATS HAPPENING that's killing us!

All I need is one "I'm okay mom' and I'm good until graduation!
