Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 109 and 110

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello all.  Anyone received letters from their SR yet???  I'm still waiting, patiently - NOT.

I received a letter yesterday and a call this past Saturday. Did you get anything yesterday?

Got a call from my daughter last Saturday, but until now no mail from her yet. She got the "yeoman" job, she's taking care of the paper works from 84 other FS. if your daughter is in the same div.,I'm pretty sure your daughter knows her. Looking forward to meet all of you in PIR.

I talked to my daughter yesterday and mention your daughter's name ( sorry I don't remember your last name coz its been edited). She said we call each other by last name not by first name. Lol I should have know. Yup they get along very well.

I did get a call last Saturday and I received a letter yesterday.  YAY.  From the sounds of things, my son is doing well.  Five more Friday's til PIR.  Since the two divisions are training together, not sure if they would know my son.   He pretty much stays quiet and observes.

My Son is on ship 11 div 110. I can't believe thye got to call home again last night.

We are planning to go to SARGE'S MEET AND GREET ON 13 March 5:00 pm -9:00 pm. They said they have a lot of information for the first timer like us. Hope to see March 14 PIR guest there too. Cant wait to hug my sailor.

Hoping you received a Valentine yesterday from your SR.  Here's to half way there.

I can't believe they are half way thru. I know for me it seems a lot longer than 4 1/2 weeks since they left. I miss my boy so much but I am very proud of him and can't wait to hug him.

John'sMom - I'm with you.  This time has dragged on, but PIR will be here before we know it.  Have you started making your plans?  Ribbons?  I made my own ribbons and they turned out great.

What Ribbons? For what??
