Having a bad day today....missing my son alot! Crazy, but this is the only place I feel like I can go and say this and people know exactly what I am feeling.....

Hope everyone is well......couple more weeks!!! Thanks goodness!
I know what you mean about his being the only place you can go and people know what you are feeling. Hang in there! Sending big HUGS to you. I'm having a hard time today too. Maybe a letter will help... I just feel so disconnected from him and I just want to hug him!
I completely agree....one of my sons hugs would be so wonderful right now. I am praying for a letter today. You hang in there as well....

"If God brings us to this, he will bring us through this....!"
THank God I am not the only one who is feeling this way.
Not that I am happy you two are feeling this way.
Your right...No one else gets this. It's not like your kid went to college and you can still talk whenever. We go weeks at a time with no talking. I cannot stand this. My heart aches....I miss him so much.
It will be soon we will be holding our babies in our arms again.

Hugs
Yes, it is so hard not being able to talk to them and find out how they are doing! Thank you guys for posting how you are feeling. It is like having this big empty spot and the no knowing is what is really hard for me...I just want to know that things are going okay for him and that everything is fine. Something to give me peace of mind......
It is deff. hard, BUT only three more weeks. We can get thru this. ITs not TOO far away and before you know it we will be up there with our SAILORS! :)
I write letters every day....my son said that letters from home have been the only thing that has kept him sane and gotten him thru all this. Sometimes I have sent 2 a day....I just find more things that I want him to know. I tell him everything thats going on so he still feels like he is here on the farm...

S-I-G-H.....yeap....three weeks......we CAN do this ladies! Sending lots of hugs to you all!
Good morning Everyone. One day closer! May we all have good days and get mail today!
Today is a good day. I just got a letter from my son. It is also a bad day because he wonders why i have not written him. He has not got my letters. OMG I write everyday. I am crying so much thinking about him being there and not getting my letters. He is depressed cause his g/f has not written him and now he is not hearing from his mom. BAWLING MY EYES OUT.

He did say things were getting easier and he was getting his wisdom teeth pulled on the 20th and he was scared.
He said he forgot what we look like and seriously needs to get out of there. He is hanging in there and the letters make it easier and he feels loved. He said this is such a mental strain. But physically not so tough on him.
I miss him and I really hope he gets his letters soon. Poor baby
Well I hope everyone got letters yesterday!!!! We are almost on the teens... 20 days to go!! GO 344!!!! Hang in there everyone, we are soo close!!
I did get a letter yesterday! I think BC must be getting harder because he's sounding more down that before. He doesn't give a lot of details so I don't know if he is passing his tests and stuff. He did say they get to write on Tues. & Thurs. now though. I can't believe we are down to 20 days! We can SO do this!!!!!!!
I have actually gotten 3 letters this week! Its been so wonderful hearing from him....he told me about the food they are eating, and I was just in shock at how much he is eating and he says the food is great. ha ha

He said that they are down to crunch time, alot of tests and inspections, if you cant pass them, you don't get to graduate on the 15th. Im praying that everyone makes it. He was feeling pretty good about everything, just anxious for graduation!

He also said he hadn't gotten much mail...and I too write every day, sometimes twice a day....so maybe their mail system is extremely slow.....

Hang in there ladies....we are almost there!! Can't wait for that hug....his are so great!
