So will we be doing ribbons?

mgallop- so great to hear you got your form letter:) and glad to have you in the group! i have done the same thing though with all my letters to my SR and i have numbered the enevlopes so they dont get to out of order.

lmcjjc- also great to hear you got your first real letter today! so glad everything is sounding good. gives us who havent gotten letters yet lots of hope that our SR's are doing well to and that our letters are on the way!

bigD/audra- keep hanging in there ladies! have hope that we are just on the slow side of the USPS, and that tomorrow will be the day!

Tiffany- ribbons or scarves? im good either way. I just know generally it is the scarves that N4M division groups do because they are so noticeable.

Thanks everyone for all the kind words. We live in the Chicago area. I'm sure that's why my letter arrived today. He said their division is accelerated so their is not much time to write. Also, I would love to get the ribbons or scarf. Let me know colors, etc.

So hoping for a letter this week; it seems forever since I've gotten one from daughter.  I try to write her every couple of days and I'm sure it's not enough.  I just messaged Lala to update the status of scarves/ribbons for our division so I can put in my order.....

what will be the color and I am for the ribbon more so than the scarf.

Not sure, but I am:)  Did anyone make reservations at a hotel yet?

I am staying at the Candle Inn Suites

That is right, the color is Navy with gold for either one or both.

Hey ladies, I got my first real letter today! Hope many of you got yours too! I found out like a few others said that our SRKs division is an advanced training group, so I'm so proud of them all!

Congrats, Stephen's Girl! I was s o hoping for one today.maybe tomorrow.  By the way, when did this cycle start officially?  My daughter was at boot campt prior to this didivision starting....

Haven't recieved a letter yet. But happy to know that he is apart of that. Explains why its taking forever to get a letter.

I don't know when it officially started but I do know they were delayed a week...since they're an advanced group the caught up two weeks though. I do know today is week 2 day 2 for our sailors.
