Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 013 and 014

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Good morning Navy moms.. My SR left for boot camp sept 23 and his pir date is 11/20/2015 and he is ship 14 div 014 ...this is tough. I miss my son!

Hi Joeysmom, I am plantlady and my SR daughter is in ship 11 div 15. Just this morning I figured out the difference between PIR comments and these division discussion boards. I too placed a "hello" message on my daughters 11/15 board, but no replies yet so I thought I'd reach out to another mom from the same PIR group. I decided to do something every day to support my SR and post a comment on the PIR page. Yesterday I purchased her PIR graduation gift. This focus seems to make me feel better. Today I constructed and printed mailing labels to give our family members to make it easier for everyone to send my SR letters. The day before that I made room reservations at Navy Lodge for her PIR graduation. Perhaps you may wish to join me in "one day...one SR support act". Love going your way.

Hi Chasesfiance, I got a phone call on 10/10. It was short, maybe about 10 minutes. The letter I got yesterday mentions a phone call possibly this Saturday. Hopefully we will get one then! Did your SR take a phone card?
