For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 333 & 334. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

My son never has said who the culprit is. All I know about it is that he argues a lot and with high ranking people to boot! I haven't heard from him since last Monday. I am hoping they get phone calls tomorrow like he did 2 weeks ago. I guess we have to wait til PIR to find out, if we do at all.

Wow, that's a bummer. I got my letter on Mon as well and I was very surprised as I usually get them on Fri. I even got one on Wed. but it was very short and it answered only a couple of questions that I had asked a week or two prior. The delay is a struggle. Tomorrow is day 4-5 I think according to what I have read and what he has sent to me. I hope they did really well this week!! :)

Actually got a 13 mins phone call yesterday..It was so nice. My son (ship 14 div 333) said they did well on their pt test and everyone passed so they got to use the phone. He stated that this is hell week, but it wasn't a big deal. He's just grateful its almost over and wants to get on to his real job. He said that he will get leave from the afternoon on pir until about 9pm then he leaves for Meridian at noon the next day for A school for 6 weeks. I can't wait to see him.
