Hi! I didn't see a discussion for this division. My boyfriend is in this divison and I was curious to see if anyone else's relative was in this one as well. I just recieved 2 letters from him yesterday! I'm super happy because I was so anxious as to when I would hear from him.

YAY!!! In his letter I got he said he may be able to call this weekend, he is unsure thought, it depends on how the division is doing. I haven't gotten a phone call yet! I was super happy when I got those letters!
I'm so trying not to cry right now!! I didn't get any letters today. Last week they came on Wednesday so I was hoping they would come today. But I got to the mailbox and there was nothing there. :(((((((.  I still haven't gotten a call today either.
I am hoping the mail is just slow. Then I thought "what if he forgot to mail them this week??" so its got to be either 1. he is super busy 2. the mail is slow or 3. he forgot to drop them in the mail. lol. I talked to his mom yesterday and she said she hasn't gotten a call from him either. I don't think he would call his grandpa's house...but its possible.  I go out of town tomorrow, so i'm going to change my VM message just in case he does try to call me when I am on the plane. I so want to hear his voice! Thank you so much for your encouragement & support!
I got my letters today!!!!! I'm so happy!!!! He is doing better now. He said it was the inital shock that got to him, but he is fine. He said the younger kids (he is 27) are still having trouble and they keep getting them into trouble. He got 3 teeth taken out, a root canal, and a filling. But he said he was on sick time & the meds he was on had him feeling no pain. He let me know his first call will be to his mom....which I should have expected. He says he has made friends in the division. He says he really appreciates this experience and he is thankful for my support. Yay! So it seems the mail is just running late so you may get your letter on Saturday if I got mine today. I got my letters on Wed last week.
 the pink scarves are fine.
Im doing better since I got his letters last week. He let me know he will be calling his mom once he is able to call. So that takes some of my edge off. :).
Have any of you ladies gotten a call yet?
Oh yes I got 2 letters yesterday. I'm so happy he will get to call this weekend!!! He said they made their division flag and it looks really good. He said that their division looks really good marching. He said some folks said their division looks better than a lot of other divisions. My bf missed his first call because he was at swim class. So I'm hoping he gets this call.
hello, my son is ship 3 div 141..I get letters every thursday. and pretty detailed as what they are doing. He is doing great and sounds like he loves it. passed all tests and is very excited to have 21 days left till graduation!  Also it isnt as hard as the first two weeks and that his div is coming together to work as a team...I guess scored well on the drill this week out on a boat simulator , man overboard drill...can not wait to see him!!!
Chris, that is what my bf said. The first 2 weeks were the worst but now he even said its fun lol. He is just tired of being there with no outside communication. I am glad they are working better as a team now!
YAY!!!! I didn't get a letter today or a phone call. :( But that is good their division is earning all those flags! :)
Hi everyone! Today was my mail day today! So my bf is still upset he hasn't gotten a call home since the first time he was at swim class. He asked the RDCs about it and I will say what they should have told him "no" this RDC said no in a meaner more profanity ridden way. :(  So he said they did shoot the guns last week. My bf didn't get a ribbon because the gun cut him and the trainer made him stop. He said he qualified for a ribbon, but the trainer made him stop shooting...that is disappointing. He says this week they are going to be doing the putting out the fire stuff. He is really excited about that. I can tell from his letter he is still really nervous about the swim. He said he did graduate from the kiddie pool to the big pool though..he just needs to get this prone float down. He said he isn't worried about failing the swim test because he knows he won't but...if he is mentioning it, he is nervous. He did get his "pre job assignment" he will be a FC...which is kind of disappointing to him because he wanted to be an ET. But he says that once in A school he has found someone who is an ET that will switch if they don't like their jobs. Umm that is about it.... LOL!
