Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

yes ...my daughter is in that group too....is she graduating on June 25th? our's is.... have you gotten anything besides the form letter yet and the box?
Our daughter graduated at GL a month ago and our soon to be son-in law is graduating on 6/25/2010. He is part of SHIP 6, DIV. 932. If there is anything I answer for you let me know. We stayed there at the Ramada, it is just 4 miles from the base and they offer free breakfast everymorning, and the mall is just 5 miles from there, and 6 flags is also about 5 miles from there. Good Luck!
Hi. My daughter is also in this group and will graduate on 6/25/2010.....can you tell me how much it was to stay at the Ramada...and what the address is..I am thinking I need to make reservations soon... I have gotten 3 letters from my daughter and we received a phone call on Friday night...I talked to her for 15 minutes and her Dad talked to her for 15 minutes...after she hung up..she called back about 15 minutes later and said she only had 2 minutes left.....Can't wait for graduation..I hear it is awesome!!!! ;)
We are staying at the Ramada ... Book your room now ...they are filling up....around $80 ...We plan to be at the meet and greet too.... I cant wait !!! I miss her so much!

Hello ladies, We are staying at the Candlewood Suites in Waukegan Wed - Mon. Plan on being at the meet and greet at the Ramada Thursday. What time will that be at? My name is Jeannie...my daughter is Stefanie. We are looking forward to the time we will have there. Can't wait to meet everyone.

Yes my daughter is in ship 06, div 932. We got a call on Friday and it was wonderful hearing her voice. We are going to graduation and can't wait to be there. Anyone else planning on going to the meet and greet the night before?
