So glad they let your son call home.  I'm sure that relieved his mind so he can better concentrate.  Don't really like the sound of hell week, hopefully it isn't as bad as it sounds.  Thanks for sharing and I'm praying for everyone in the south.

Great that they let the SR's call home....definetly had to be a relief......people in the south in our thoughts & prayers also..      Hope Div 176 pulls thru this tough wk together....hope all comes out all right....

daughter is in ship 7 Div 176,i also got a call from her today it was great to hear her voice.i just hope everyone is getting along better.she had mention in previous letters that they had to do a lot of IT(intence training)because of a lot of drama in her div that had nothing to do with her but if one breaks the rules everyone has to pay.

my son didn't mention the IT. I meant to ask him bout it but didn't have time.
My blessing and best wishes go out to all the div...for what i been reading the fallowing weeks will be very challenging...very proud of my recruit!
Yea I'm sure these next three weeks are going to be long for them with the lack of sleep that our son speaks of in his letters.  But we will pray them through!  They are going to come out stronger and more mature for what they have endured and they are definitely making us proud!
Does everyone knows about the tradition of lighting a blue candle the night of battle station?...I'm running to the store for mine, anything for our division
Don't know about that at all.  Can you fill me in?
on the day your son/daughter is doing their battle station a blue candle is lit from 8pm to 8am  for luck.
