yep, Colin also said around Feb 9th.....hes glad they are back on 8's for watch....those 12's are rough!
so now the latest rumor is that they may hold 50-60 MM's back on hold due to over crowding.......that would suck, but what can u do....we will see!
Amanda.... I hope not. Being that our boys graduated in the begining of this T-track, I doubt if they would get held up. Most likely it would be the ones that graduated more recently. I would think anyway. Who knows? Let us know if you hear anything.
spoke to Colin yesterday, starts indoc Feb 8th, then classes start Feb 13th, no more word on who is being held back due to over crowding. I hope he starts, cause he is getting pretty bored on hold. His dad gets back from Afganistan this sunday, so we are planning a week-end trip down to GC the first week-end in Feb before he starts classes!
Hope all you moms and your sailors are doing well!
spoke to Colin this morning...he said there may be some bad news....said that his and one other class got "called out" for people being held back.....he said that he wont know if he will class up untill probably Monday, but some from both classes are being held back......he said he is"preparing for the worst but hoping for the best"!
oh I hope he classes up!
spoke to him this morning and he said he is assuming he is starting powerschool as planned because he already had the meeting/interview with the SOLP last week for Powerschool! Yay ....I think!
Looks like games are over! My son says he received official word he classes up Feb. 9th. Any one else heard anything?
yep, Colin said he had his interview/meeting...also starts indoc on the 9th and classes start the 13th! Heading down there for a quick weekend visit on the 3rd before he starts school. Wants to hit up Sams club to stock up on his oatmeal and nuts before classes start! All this free time is quickly coming to an end!
Also said him and a few others are possibly heading to the beach today...as the weather has been great there this past week!
:)
Well Thursday our sailors are back in the classrooms. They will be going over class policy and procedures and such. Power school class doesn't start until Monday. My son went out supply shopping over the weekend. He says he is looking forward to going back to class. Those are words that noone would ever hear out of my mouth when I was younger. I never liked school. I am glad he didn't take after me. .lol
Any one know our grad date yet?
