CMom- Once again congratulations. Thank you for the reference between Easter and the Military. I had not thought of it that way, but you are spot on, as usual.

Thank you for setting this up for all of us and keeping on the right track. You're amazing! I plan on being a regular even after PIR.

Enjoy your weekend!

MaggieJoan:  HANG ON!!!!!  Just when you think the roller coaster is slowing down it turns upside down!!  LOL  All I can say is I slept last night the best I have slept in months!!!  I was totally exhausted yesterday evening!!  I finally feel like I can start to "let go"!  (Maybe not totally - I am still a mom!  lol)  My son has earned the right to be called a MAN!!  I have to step back and let him do his thing - he has proven not only to his father and I but to himself that he is a MAN! and...  A UNITED STATES SAILOR!!  wow - Just typing this makes me tear up again - but, it is happy tears not sad ones!  I can't wait until everyone in our March group gets their call - it is very emotional and so WONDERFULL!!

Happy Easter Everyone!!

Just remember it was our God that gave up his Son so that we could have a better life!!

God will bless all those that have given up loved ones that will fight for everyone to have a "better life"!!  God Bless our Military!!!  HOOYAH!!!

WOW - I CANT BELIEVE I DIDN'T POST HERE YET!!!  LOL  LOL

HOOYAH!!  I GOT THE "IM A SAILOR" CALL!!  I am soooo ready to get off this roller-coaster!!!  (at least for a day or two!)

What a Day!!

foreverMom - you are so right - it seems like yesterday I was reading posts - trying to find out as much as I could - but, didn't want to post anything for just the fear that this was all soooo REAL!!  My One and only child - going into the Military - with the world in such turmoil!  Well, after just lurking around - I made my first post ---- Thanks Jessica B - you welcomed me and made me feel like I was where I was suppose to be.  Then ---- well, the rest is history - I can't get away from here and man can I post now!!!  LOL  LOL!

I am so excited to "watch" everyone go on the same ride as I have - It makes everything much easier!!  Just think - Some of us will be at PIR next weekend and The next PIR Division will be going thru Battle Stations - Some will be taking their Final PFA, Some will have earned their first real phone call... Regardless of  what your SR is doing Next Friday - be sure to share - It helps everyone on "the ride"!

Bless you all for the prayers, comments, and comments you have made over the last few months!  You have made my ride a lot of FUN!!!!

Cheers!!!

CMOM and Chimelle -- congratulations!

Who else has a new sailor?

My turn is next week!

Comment by Chimelle 3/149 on April 22, 2011 at 6:36pm
We have sailors!!!!!!!!!!!!! All but one SR from 149 and 150 made it. That person will have a chance to go in with the next group. B said it's quite an ordeal, but he was glad to remove that Recruit ballcap and replace it with the Navy one. He also said he cried. I'm so relieved that this part is over. Hang on ladies, it won't be long before the rest of you are here!
