3ds- I am so sorry. I can't even imagine the pain you are going through. I am praying for God to give you and your family peace through this terrible time.

Looks like Ryan has been receiving some rain at Tinker this week. He is still doing is TAD until the end of the month and then hoepfully C School will start.

Been a hectic work thus far, ready for the weekend.

Tchrmom-good idea!  i didn't even think about it until after Terrie's post.  i keep checking the obit page and the funeral date is still not mentioned. you are soooo right....praying that she gets to hold her Navy son.

3ds, my heart breaks for you and your family. I will keep you in my prayers, and pray that God gives you the strength and support to see you through this.

Since Thursday is only 3 days away, I didn't see snail-mail helping 3ds in this situation. I took Connie's suggestion and went on whitehouse.gov.  Under the  "Contact Us" tab, I was able to write my own message, followed by the letter Dustin's dad wrote. It allowed 2,500 characters, so I assume accepted the whole thing.

Praying 3ds gets to hold her Sailor this week...

Terrie, i attached my own letter to the one 3ds posted.  i sent it to the regular White House address 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington DC 20500. the White House email page is temporarily down right now but you can go through whitehouse.gov.
