Texas reporting for muster...alittle late....

I will start HGC diet next week. I wasn't sure what chicory was either...so of course I googled it. Got the same thing that Connie mentioned usually eaten raw in salads....endive/radicchio

I'm glad it's drops and NOT shots too!

Jacq - sorry to hear about your son's shoulder...praying for FULL recovery soon!

Went to OK to visit Ryan at Tinker. Base is HUGE! We got the grand tour; saw his barracks and workshop for his squadron. Even saw the jets on deck; they are huge!

Had an eventful Saturday at Turner Falls Park with him and 2 buddies. After swimming and hiking we grilled to end the day :-)

Was hard to leave on Sunday but we are already planning another trip over Labor Day weekend....40 days & counting

Hi all have been on vacation. Chris came home for two weeks leave. He stayed with his brothers for the first week while his dad and I were away. Came back friday. We decided to go to the beach today. Boys all swimming in the waves. Chris got caught in a wave and dislocated his shoulder. Went to the hospital He managed to pop it back in on the way there. Xrays showed a fracture in the shoulder. Have to take him tomorrow to orthopedist. He called it in to norfolk right away. Poor kid cant believe it
