Diane........Bravo Zulu = Outstanding job! I think any Dad out there with son or daughter serving our country, has definitly done something very right and deserves a very special salute!

Bravo Zulu to all of our Navy Dad's out there!

Mommy   Praying things get better with the pupper soon! It is pricey! Pet insurance (yes there is such a thing) helps out a lot! It is a great thing to have especially in an emergency when the costs go way up. Ask at the Vets office...they should have pamphlets of different ones.

Connie  Nice neighborhood, yeah right! LOL You are a nut case!! :)

Diane    3 Doors Down? OMG!

Mold and mildew...yucko! Try one of these tips...Soak in straight vinegar or a strong vinegar water solution. Try a paste of borax and water and scrub with an an old toothbrush. Rub Austrailian Tea tree oil on it.Make a paste of lemon juice and salt and scrub it...be sure to wash well after. Be sure to dry it off really well!!

Hope one of these works for you! Let me know!

Mommy-YES i think it is a faulty design of those water bottles....my Sailor brought one home and even after soaking it in bleachy-water for a couple of days the speck of mold would not budge!!!  in fact your post reminds me to remind him to check that sucker thingy on top very closely!!! yuk yuk yuk moldy water...blahhhhhhhhh!

hope your little Yorkie-Poo is peeing on her own soon !!!!

bryters-i do not know why i posted that.....guess i was in a hurry....i meant i checked the page you created and then i checked the Tn Moms page against the ones from our area that are on my friend's list. some times my fingers work faster than my brain!!  ok so i go to the page you created and i can invite from there....thanks!!

Diane-our neighborhood was under surveillance for quite a while back some months ago. the cars/trucks that the "unknown agency" used rotated and i could watch the vehicles come and go from our front windows.  the local police would not tell us who was being watched or why.  it was unnerving at first but then it really got to be kind of funny....any body could have spotted them and certainly the people being watched knew of the "unknown agency's" presence. so it all evolved into a story that i told to entertain the moms here....Mr. Sneaky was the surveillance guy,  The Man from the Foreign Land was the one being watched and i threw my next door neighbor in for good measure who is really weird and disappears every Summer and called him Mr. Creepy. every word was true.....i just gave every one a crazy name.

and any time when anyone does any thing remotely crazy...like the escaped murders from Louisiana who ended up in a shoot out not far from my house...well i tell the moms about it.  you would think i live in the inner city from the crazy goings on around me but no....it's a pretty nice neighborhood....teachers, principal, lots of FedEx, and nurses...lots of nice people.

DianeA     So glad to know that you will now be able to communicate again with your son!

Cindy    My loss in hieght loss is partially from the osteop, but is also because of a neurological disease that causes major permanent spasms and twisting and settling of the spine. I have had this condition for 21 years. It is similar to MS and to Lupus. Wouldn't wish it on anyone (except Osama when he was still alive!) It even cased a broken hip...had  replacement hip surgery almost three yrs ago and now am out of a wheelchair!! I love being able to toodle around again!! It is also one reason I can't keep on weight.

B sent pictures of his first chance off  base with a friend from BC yesterday, looks like they were having a grand time!!! I love getting pics from him!!

bryters   I would love some Memphis "Cue" I do some pretty mean ribs and an awesome old style pit BBQ chicken. Remember the way they used to set up a huge cinder block BBQ pit and do chickens low and slow?? Our church and the fire dept used to do them for the 4th of July every yera! Well Hanks Dad used to be the one in charge for theirs and I have his BBQ spray recipe!! Had to reduce it down from yields in the gallons to just enough to do 1 chicken! My Mother-in- law and I spent a rainy day reducing it together!! What a great memory and boy does the chicken bring back some great childhood memories!! I also always think of my late Father-in-law using it!

I DO DECLARE....i think Mr. Sneaky is back.  could kick myself for not taking pictures before!!  snapped this through the garage window.  husband just came home and he thinks it's Mr. Sneaky too!!! this truck doesn't "belong" here....spotlessly clean from what i can tell.
