Happy Friday, I'm wearing Red today and I always wear my Blue Star Pin. Sailor son sent me a really cool "SailorMom" T-shirt for my birthday.

Yeah on everyone getting to see their Sailors & Marines.

I've been trying to drink the galon of water a day, then if I can accomplish that I'll try the HCG

CC, Come to Memphis I will fatten you up :)

Have a safe weekend everyone...

Cindy - yay for last day of school and YIPPIE for vacation. Enjoy :-)

CC - I am your height as well but haven't seen 102 lbs since high school. Sounds like we all are in the same height range. Look out world N4M ladies are a "Dynimate" package not to be reckoned with....I can see us all on the Duck Bus now :-)

The mission of redshirtfridays.org is to show support for our servicemen and women. We care only about making our support of our servicemen and women known to our fellow Americans and the world. We need to let our servicemen and women know we support their sacrifice and we will not forget them and we will do this by wearing red on every Friday.

I think I missed something....??? Red Friday?  Please help this poor confused little mountain momma out!

Does anyone have any healthy weight gaining ideas or ideas? I have the opposite problem....I can't keep weight on. My Dr and I both freak out when I drop below 100 lbs. With this heat I have lost 6 lbs. now at 102 lbs and getting worried. It is tough and I have actually lost some muscle. Now that Hank is retired we are taking the pups and walking every morning before it gets too hot! I have always loved walking especially with the hubs!
