thanks connie i prob confused you with another mom on here. Good luck to your sailor. Chris grads on Monday. The course is tough and fast but they really help them to succeed. Chris said 5 guys in his group were sent back all marines. They will probably graduate in a few weeks.

joyce-no david hasn't started A school yet. he's still in ATT class. my questions about C school are why you thought he has already finished. and thank the good Lord that Chris has such a postive momma to keep up the encouragement!!!! a big old : P to mr. negativity !!!

marine_navy--me too...never thought i'd get so interested in all the aspects of the Navy and while i might be a little incorrect in my thinking but i don't think so....our guys and gals are pretty darn smart too!!!! i have been looking over the asvab scores required for the different rates...i'm kinda nosey LOL and whew what an eye opener!!! our 'tweakers' rock in my book!!!

marine-navy and Connie. both your sailors are done with A school right. More then 3 weeks so there went that theory. My husband keeps saying its because Chris had a low average, but I know one of you mentioned your sailor had a very high average so I tell him thats not so. He can never give our son any credit for what he has accomplished.

Debbi-your son is going to a ship that is dry dock? i think from tonight's postings you and cindy are waaaay ahead of me but i am curious....why would the Navy make an assignment like that? just a formality (ship) but in reality he goes to work on base?

marine_navy---i'm goofing around the internet trying to learn as much as possible without pestering the dickens out of all of you. so here's a question and answer i found posted...

question: How do you get into the US Navy C school?

(you sitting down?)

answer: Well most people use the door but a lot of people like me use the secret underground tunnles leading to the sub-basement. If that isn't your style i've heard of secret ventalation shafts that can get you to any part of the building.

i'm rolling on the floor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
